Qun Wang, Esq.

Ms. Wang is the founder of the U.S. China Business Consulting, LLC, a legal consulting firm near Washington DC dedicated to facilitate the business co-operations between U.S. and China.

Ms. Wang earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington DC, Master of Law degree from University of Aberdeen in UK, and Bachelor of Law degree from Peking University in Beijing, China.

Ms. Wang has more than 20 year’s experience of practice in US and China. She used to work in China with two leading Chinese firms- Beijing Commerce and Finance Law Offices based in Beijing and Shu Jin Law Firm based in Shenzhen. Ms. Wang also worked with international firms of Eversheds Sutherland (Washington DC) and Dentons (Hong Kong) as well as a general practice law firm based in Maryland.

Ms. Wang’s provides broad range of corporate and commercial transnational services to her clients, with emphases on China-US cross border transactions, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture, real estate and dispute resolutions.

Dr. Eric Cai, Esq.

Dr. Eric Cai earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, DC. Prior to earning his law degree, he received his Ph.D. degree in Organic Chemistry from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Peking University, China.

Holding a professional law degree and a hard science degree from the most prestigious universities in the United States and China, Dr. Cai has acquired the knowledge and expertise to provide a full range of legal services in a manner rarely matched by other law firms. His practice focuses on Patent Law, U.S. Immigration Law, Commercial and Business Law, Intellectual Property, and Litigations. Prior to founding the New Weiming Law Group, Dr. Cai also worked for several major U.S. law firms and a lobbying group in the Washington, DC metro area. He has successfully advised and represented clients in cases involving immigration, patent application, contracts, and a variety of other legal matters.

Mark Sandson

Mark Sandson is a strategic advisor with over 25 years of experience in middle market technology companies.  Before he founded his own advisory companies, he had  served executive and director roles in various successful privately-held companies and established public firms for over 20 years.  He has been an officer of four privately held businesses, each of which had successful exit events and a vice president of two NASDAQ-listed firms. He has served as member of the board of fifteen firms and president, CEO, and chairman of own business.  He has been a director, and Interim CEO and Interim Chairman of a publicly traded firm. He also served as a consultant to the World Bank.   

Mark advises clients on strategic planning, fund raising, and exit planning events, and has been acting as a sell-side M&A intermediary.  He has been frequently consulted on the operations and marketing of a wide range of information technology applications, including internet-based systems, enterprise and scientific software development, aerospace and defense, infrastructure management, and outsourcing. He has advised companies in life sciences, consumer products, payment systems, mobile marketing, automotive safety, water conservation, and other sectors.  

Mark is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and has done graduate work at George Washington University. He is a former accredited Executive Associate of the Institute for Independent Business and former member of the Corporate Directors Forum.
